To Obaggo Supporters,
Just a quick update on the status of your Obaggo. For the last 6 weeks we have been very busy building the various levels of sub-assemblies, and we are nearing the finish line. All that is left is the final assembly and quality control testing, and of course, getting the units shipped to you!
Production has been proceeding smoothly. Performing 500+ of each assembly operation has been harder and more tedious that previously imagined, but a great experience. We have gotten to know the product intimately, and have been able to appreciate the elegance of many of the good design features, and also take note of those areas where we can improve in future versions.
It's going to be a little tight, but I believe we are still on-track to complete final assembly and test, and ship most of the units within the next 3 weeks, give or take a week.
