How do I clean inks off of the heating plates?
We recommend using a silicone spray lubricant, such as WD40, to remove inks that build up on the teflon heating plates and silicone pads. Do not spray the lubricant into the Obaggo! Spray the lubricant onto a rag, and use the rag to wipe off the inks.
Returns Policy
Online Purchase Returns

If you purchased your Obaggo directly from us (obaggo.com) you can return Obaggo within 30 days of receiving your purchase with proof of purchase.

If you are entitled to a return, we will cover the return shipping* and refund your purchase price. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take 5-10 days to appear.

If 30 days or more have passed since you received the unit, we cannot offer you a refund or return. You are still eligible to be covered by the 1 year limited warranty which covers warranty replacement, but does not qualify for a refund.
* Please note returns of more than one Obaggo unit are subject to a $100 restock fee
Warranty
We stand by our products and provide a free one year warranty on all Obaggo hardware. Active subscribers get unlimited warranty coverage.
We repair or replace your Obaggo for up to one year from the purchase date as you are in compliance with our warranty terms and conditions. Read the full Terms and Details here.

Repair: Should a small issue arise, we may send out replacement parts to make sure you can have your Obaggo running as soon as possible!

Replace: In the rare occasion that an Obaggo needs a full replacement we’ll send you a replacement Obaggo.

Refurbish: Should we need to replace your machine we take your original Obaggo back in house to fix and donate to a non-profit school or other organization.
