Another thin-film plastic packaging manufacturer introduces recyclable pouch material.
ProAmpac joins Dow Chemical, with their Recycle Ready Technology, as well as Amcor and their AmPrima PE Plus products, in introducing plastic film packaging material that is recyclable in the current plastic bag and film recycling stream (which is currently the retail store take-back program). This is an encouraging trend; more recyclable thin film packaging replacing unrecyclable multi-layer film, that will be eventually also be recyclable in the Obaggo in-home densification appliance.
